Shipping Policy

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Please allow 1-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping.  We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible and want to ensure your custom order is just right!

We ship mainly via USPS flat rate and DHL internationally.  Shipping times will depend on your location.  The USPS site suggests, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If our customers are not happy, we're not happy! To make sure our customers always have a positive NEAP experience, we have designed a generous, fair and transparent store policy.  Read the following sections to find out more about how we provide the best customer experience for our shoppers.  Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions.

 

TANGIBLE PRODUCTS

We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made items.  If your NEAP Creation arrives to you broken, please provide proof within 48 hours of product arrival by emailing us and filling out the form in CONTACT US. We will gladly work with you to recreate your creation; however, if you discover that something is misspelled or wrong and a proof verification was completed, we reserve the right to recreate for additional cost and/or not at all.

 

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

There are no refunds for digital products, except in the case the design(s) is defective.  If the design is found to be defective, NEAP will correct the design or provide a full refund - CUSTOMER CHOICE.  Refunds will not be provided in the instance where customer does not know how to adequately utilize design software and/or equipment needed to reproduce the purchased digital product.
